Terms & Conditions

Agent Affiliate Program is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Siam Real Estate Phuket Co., Ltd. and affiliated companies are hereinafter called "SRE". The Agent referrer is hereinafter called "Agent"

1. International and Thai Agents/Brokers involved in the selling of real estate are eligible to participate.
2. Individuals may participate only in the separate Referral Program.
3. An Agent may not be the referral or associated/related to the referral or have any involvement with the property being purchased.
4. SRE sales staff, family and friends of sales staff are not eligible to take part in this programme.
5. Referrals only apply to private individuals or private companies wishing to purchase property or land, such individuals or companies not already involved in the business of selling real estate.
6. A referral previously known to SRE via a web enquiry, email, or other means prior to the Agents referral registration is not eligible for commission. In such cases, SRE will notify the Agent, where possible.
7. Commission payments are only made to the Agent when a successful sale of property has been completed and when SRE has received in-full commission payment from the seller.
8. Maximum referral payment up to 50% of SRE commission received.
9. The Agent is solely responsible for any taxes incurred on commission payments made to him by SRE.
10. The Affiliate program applies only to sale properties. Rentals - both holiday and long term - are explicitly excluded.
11. A referral must be registered to participate in the scheme.
12. A member may not send out unsolicited bulk-mail or SPAM in pursuit of linked referrals. Members who engage is such practices are liable to have their accounts cancelled.
13. SRE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Agent registration at any time without recourse to the Agent for whatever reason.
14. Any disputes arising by the Agent referrer will be arbitrated solely by SRE whose judgment will be authoritative and final. SRE reserves the right to refuse any commission payment to an Agent if such payment is the subject of dispute, for whatever reason.
15. SRE reserves the right to alter these terms at any time without prior notification.
16. All commissions are paid net of company costs and taxes.
