| A. | The commission payment depends on our commission from the seller and is calculated as a net figure after company disbursements and are strictly net of company costs and taxes. |

| A. | When a sale is complete and we receive our full commission payment from the seller, then you receive your cut within 21 days. |

| A. | When the purchase is complete and we receive our commission from the seller, you will receive an email alert from us requesting your bank details. Also, we will update your Agent Control Panel to reflect your own newly earned and richly deserved commission. |
