This luxurious 3 bedroom Pool Villa has panoramic views of Red Mountain (Kathu). Close to the restaurants of Patong as well as the beautiful west coast beaches. With three double bedrooms it is ideally suited for a family or couples but works well for 6 single golfers. Pool, BBQ & Sala make this an awesome place to chill in the day. Our large dining area and spacious lounge / TV Room mean social activities can continue inside.
Set Up for a luxurious stay, The Villa is set on a gated community with of 30 villas. 24 hour security gives you that added feeling of safety and comfort.
The car port (2 cars) leads into the inviting pool and garden. As you approach the house you will see the outside eating area "sala" and the main entrance to the villa.
Our outside lighting gives the Villa a homely and welcoming feel.
You will have full access to the house (except the maids area which will be locked during your stay).
DOWNSTAIRS
Downstairs there is a large dining room set up for 6 guests and a lounge / TV room which can seat 6 - 8 easily for a comfortable evening in if you wish. Satellite TV ensures you don't miss your favorite show or game (If it's on in Thailand it's in our Villa!).
UPSTAIRS
Upstairs there are three bedrooms. Two are en-Suite and the master has a walk in wardrobe as well as shower and bath. The third bedroom shares the 2nd bedrooms en-suite when all three rooms are used.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully functional and you are welcome to help yourselves to tea and coffee, the staple items such as herbs and spices / sauces. We also have almost every utensil under the sun!
Awesome location. With serene views of Loch Palm Golf Club and Red Mountain the Villa is set on a peaceful development.
PATONG BEACH:
We are 10 to 15 mins drive to Patong Beach and many of the other beaches are a few minutes further away. There are some world class bars and restaurants in Phuket - just ask us for some tips!
LOCAL RESTAURANTS:
There are a number of high quality local restaurants, supermarkets, cash machines and bars within a couple of minutes drive.
GOLF:
You can literally hit a pitching wedge onto the 14th Green at Loch Palm GC form the balcony! Red Mountain, Loch Palm and Phuket Country Club are within 10 minutes drive.
