The sun rises directly facing the condo terraces and this presents unforgettable views whilst sunsets can be appreciated from the upper level.
The recently renovated property has an open plan living and dining area with plenty of good ventilation in addition to the air conditioning unit. The furniture includes a large custom made L-shaped settee , a large coffee table , custom-built wooden wall units, custom-built wooden corner bar with twin stools , other matching pieces of wooden furniture , wall mounted flat screen TV ( satellite and cable ) and stereo equipment . The dining area includes a large custom-built table and 6 chairs. The kitchen area is equipped with oven, hob, refrigerator, wine fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Since the condo is situated inside the private estate of the Evason Resort there is 24 hour security, with designated parking spaces for either car or motorbikes for the condos. The maid will attend 5 times a week for cleaning and inspection work. Other services can be provided on request. Modern supermarkets are available within a few minutes of the Resort.
