Thailands Koh Kradan has been Voted Worlds Best Beach

Koh Kradan, an island in the Andaman Sea located off Thailand's southern province of Trang, has clinched the title of the best beach of 2023 in the prestigious Top 100 Beaches ranking by the United Kingdom's World Beach Guide website. This remarkable distinction was confirmed by Anucha Burapachaisri, the spokesperson for Government House.

Notably, there are four other Thai beaches that secured spots in the Top 100 for 2023: Railay in Krabi province (ranked 9th), Freedom Beach in Phuket (ranked 18th), Laem Beach on Yao Yai Island in Phang-nga province (ranked 21st), and Tanot Bay Beach on Ko Tao of Surat Thani (ranked 44th). Anucha expressed his appreciation to both the private and government sectors engaged in the tourism industry, as well as the broader Thai community, for their steadfast commitment to safeguarding these precious natural resources.

Ko Kradan is part of a cluster of islands off Trang's southern province, a key component of the Hat Chao Mai National Park. Among these islands and islets, Ko Kradan stands out as an exceptionally stunning and largely unspoiled destination. Its expansive, powdery white sand beaches remain a serene sanctuary, despite being only a few kilometers away from the mainland. The primary attraction on Ko Kradan is Paradise Beach.
