Others whom use our rental services want a full service - checking property prior to occupancy, taking care of tenants needs, handling tenant payments, paying monthly utilities, sorting out general house repairs and giving you peace of mind that your property is being looked after in a professional manner. We hold keys, look after your payments in escrow account, provide quarterly statements.

We can tailor the service to meet your requirements.
