The main living area consists of a lounge overlooking the beachfront, with the dining facility and fully fitted Western kitchen to the rear linked through from the entrance hall. There are five en-suite bedrooms, all designed to the highest standard, both in terms of quality and decor. There are also a two further rooms, a TV room with library, and an office ready prepared with high-speed wireless internet.

The master bedroom suite is on two levels and boasts a private lounge with sea view terrace. Tastefully decorated with antiques and quality artwork, this provides a wonderful luxury beachside experience with stunning views from the elevated bedroom position. The second master bedroom is also on the beach side of the villa, and it too offers extensive views over the gardens to the ocean beyond. The luxurious en-suite bathroom includes a large steam room, a superb Jacuzzi bath and a separate walk-in shower. The third bedroom is fitted with a beautiful four-poster king-sized bed, plus en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have delightful Thai paintings and furnishings, with beautiful teak floors throughout. Bedrooms four and five are both fitted with queen beds and again have en-suite bathrooms, making the villa suitable for larger parties if required. The villa also has a maid's room set away from the main living areas. This room can be used as a single room, and has its own en-suite shower. To complete the extensive facilities that make up the villa complex there is an extra shower room and separate WC.

This impressive villa enjoys a stunning beachside position. The landscaped gardens, full of tropical trees and plants, include a beautiful feature waterfall and antique Thai Sala on the beachside. There is also a large sundeck with assorted seating areas and a large infinity swimming pool and integral Jacuzzi.

The villa is set in a tropical resort, a small luxury living development far away from the busy tourist areas of Samui. With unspoiled beaches in the relatively undeveloped south-eastern coast, the resort has been created amid a profusion of coconut palms and tropical landscaped gardens. Convenient for Koh Samui's many attractions, it is only a 20 minute boat ride to Koh Tan and Koh Mudsum, two neighbouring islands which are well-known for their fantastic fishing and snorkelling. You are only ten minutes away from Lamai Beach, 30 minutes from Chaweng and Samui's top golf course, and 35 minutes from the airport, so you are never far from the action. While there is easy access to shopping, restaurants, nightlife and other activities, you will still feel you are on your own tropical island paradise.

Prices include breakfast and a 10& service charge. All daily rates are subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax, an extra bed costs $55. A baby cot and high chair can be provided free of charge. Airport transfer is $55 plus tax per trip for up to seven guests. The villa manager, guest relations and concierge team are on hand to help with queries. A Thai chef is available full time.
