This luxurious self-catering 5-Bedroom Villa is constructed on 4 levels is nestled into the gently sloping hillside of Chaweng Noi. This allows for the most stunning 180 degree panoramic views overlooking the clear blue waters of Chaweng Bay and the North East coast of Koh Samui.

The property is accessed by private road and located within secure private grounds covered by CCTV, staff and security. The driveway to the Villa leads to a covered car port, large enough for 2 cars, with additional parking for another 2 vehicles.

Entry to the Villa is through a double teak wood doorway, leading to the approach staircase with a tempered glass side paneling.

The staircase opens out onto the 1st floor level. This amazing open plan area features Travertine tiling, a spacious covered sala, outside BBQ/Dining area and a large 14m x 6m Balinese green stone Infinity Pool, with a black slate backdrop down to a 2nd sun terrace.

This floor is the focal point of the Villa and looks out over the Gulf of Thailand and the surrounding islands, with some of the most stunning and sweeping views on Koh Samui, with the sun terrace areas catching glorious sunshine …from sunrise to sunset.

Leading off from this area, are 2 Master Bedroom Suites.

The 1st of which is accessed by a short stairwell to a large private terraced balcony, commanding stunning views amid tropical greenery. The suite is accessed through large glazed double sliding doors, which open into the Bedroom area, with its recessed ceilings, textured Grade A floor tiling, all highlighted by natural granite rock features within the walls. The bedroom leads to the en-suite Bathroom, which again features natural granite within its walls and benefits from a monsoon shower, terrazzo vanity surfaces, wash basin and Grade A textured floor tiles.

Upon returning to the 1st level pool area, past a smaller private sun deck and tropical garden, there is a raised stairwell leading to the 2nd of the Master Bedroom Suites.

From this bedroom’s balcony, the suite is again accessed through glazed double sliding doors allowing for the continued benefit of magnificent views and sunlight. The bedroom has vaulted ceilings giving the feeling of openness and space and the solid teak flooring throughout, which lends itself to a feeling of luxury and style that abounds throughout the villa.

From the bedroom through to a en-suite bathroom, that features a magnificent free standing terrazzo bath, twin terrazzo washbasins and monsoon shower.

Returning to the 1st level pool area, is a magnificent granite stair approach with tempered glass sides that leads up to the main living area (LDK) – 2nd floor level.

Fronted by a long 12mm tempered glassed balcony, the open plan living area (LDK) has a floor-to-ceiling sliding glazed wall, making it a truly a stunning space that commands the most breathtaking views over Chaweng Bay.

The Lounge, Dining, and Kitchen is the center point of the villa for social gatherings, so that whether you are dining or relaxing you are never far away from the glorious views in front of you.

Exiting the LDK, along to the right and at the end of the main terrace, is a wonderfully designed raised ‘chill out’ area, with teak deck flooring, natural granite surrounds and a central water feature. Here again you are never far away from the panoramic views, which are complemented by a tropical rockery and garden featured to the right of this space. There is also a guest restroom and outside shower within this area.

To the side of the “chill out’ area is a stairwell leading to the 3rd floor level and a second tempered glazed balcony.

Off of the 3rd level balcony are the additional 3 ensuite Bedrooms:

Bedroom 3; features solid teak flooring, recessed ceilings and an ensuite bathroom with a large freestanding terrazzo bathtub, double terrazzo wash basins, monsoon shower and granite surfaces.

Finally it should be mentioned that this luxurious villa, is surrounded by lush green landscaped gardens and has arguably the best views on the island. The Land Plot is approximately 1705 m2 with a build area of 995 m2. The LDK is some 18 m x 8 m with all the Bedroom Suites approximately the same size of each other between 73 m2 -75 m2.

The villa was finished in 2014 using the finest of materials available, from Canadian cedar shingle roofs, Balinese slate and travertine tiles to Indonesian slate, terrazzo fixtures and local natural granite. All the appliances, fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality and the woodwork is all custom made from reclaimed teak and has A/C and ceiling fans throughout.
