Located on the gently sloping hillside of Chaweng Noi in the much sought after northeast coast of the Koh Samui, its superb location allows for the most stunning 180 degree panoramic views of the island, overlooking Chaweng Bay and the deep blue waters of the Gulf of Thailand.

The property is accessed by private road and located within secure private grounds covered by CCTV, staff and security. The driveway to the Villa leads to a covered car port, with additional parking to the side of the villa

Within the carport is a double gated wooden entrance and a large open staircase that leads up to the 1st floor level. At the top of this short stair approach, is a double fountain water feature to the right and in front is another staircase leading down to the staff quarters below.

Upon reaching the 1st floor level the area opens up to a beautifully designed large open plan space, featuring a 15m x 6m infinity swimming pool, a sunken covered sala with ceiling fan and a full length Balinese slate backdrop waterfall and surrounding fish pond, giving the sala an ‘island’ appearance.

Also at this level, is the 1st of the spacious en-suite Bedrooms. Accessed from the double glass sliding doors, the bedroom features a 4 poster bed, recessed ceilings and teak floors. The ensuite bathroom boasts, terrazzo double washbasins and free standing bath, monsoon shower and toilet. Upon exiting the bedroom there is a covered area with table and chairs for outside dining while enjoying the panoramic views

Across from the infinity pool is the open plan Lounge, Dining and Kitchen area, accessed through the full length, floor to ceiling tempered glass sliding doors. Once inside this bright and spacious area, the views of the Gulf of Thailand again greet you and the vaulted ceiling give a real sense of space and openness. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and the dining area in between, is large enough to seat for 8/10 people. The floor is ‘wall to wall’ Grade A tiled tastefully done in a natural colour.

Exiting the LDK and to the right and rear of the sala is a guest’s bathroom, while further on from the sala, is a wide staircase that leads to the 2nd floor level and 3 more double ensuite bedrooms.

Upon reaching the 2nd floor terrace landing and turning to the left is Bedroom 2 (Master Bedroom). This bedroom (often referred to as the ‘Honeymoon Suite”) has a solid teak door entrance and teak flooring throughout and features a large sunken plunge pool/jacuzzi on the balcony outside the glass sliding doors, allowing for magnificent unobstructed 180 degree views of the North/East tip of the Koh Samui and the island of Koh Phangan beyond.

Off of the 2nd Floor terrace balcony, are the additional 2 Double ensuite bedrooms with double glass sliding doors, teak flooring and ensuite bathrooms with monsoon showers, terrazzo wash basins and toilets.

This luxurious villa, is surrounded by lush green landscaped gardens and has stunning panoramic views over Chaweng, Bangrak, Big Buddha and across the Gulf of Thailand to the island of Koh Phangan. It was finished in 2008 using the finest of materials available, from Canadian cedar shingle roofs, Balinese slate, terrazzo fixtures, and travertine tiles to Indonesian slate and local natural granite. The Land Plot is approximately 1337 m2 and the build area 694 m2. The LDK is some 18 m x 8 m and all the Bedroom Suites are approximately the same size of between 73 m2 -75 m2.
