The Villa is a modern Thai style construction, enclosed in tropical gardens for a private, exclusive stay. The lower level comprises a large open plan living area together with large deck and patio area, sala and infinity pool. With three bedrooms, the villa sleeps up to six guests, great for a family or group of friends. The layout provides plenty of space for all guests.
Polished timber floors and vaulted ceilings give the property a rich, grand feel. The second level consists of two bedrooms, one queen size and one with twin beds which can be converted into a king size bed, and a bathroom. The third level consists of a wrap around verandah, large master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite bathroom including a rainforest style shower and separate ocean view bathtub.
The villa holds a commanding position on the hillside, built in such a way that apart from its ocean views, is otherwise surrounded by lush vegetation, adding to the peace and deserved feeling of total privacy.
There is air conditioning in living area and all three bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is also a barbeque. For entertainment there is cable TV, a DVD player, a stereo and an ADSL internet connection. On site housekeeping staff provide cleaning services.
There is a supermarket just five minutes from the villa and a huge selection of restaurants. The island has golfing, boating, spas and a whole host of other activities.
Summer Season is 1 May - 30 June and 16 September - 15 December, the rental rate is $250 per night.
High Season is 11 January - 30 April and 1 July - 15 September, the rental rate is $350 per night.
Peak Season is 16 December - 10 January, the rental rate is $450 per night.
