This luxury property has its own private rooftop infinity pool and sundeck. The special filtration equipment provides crystal-clear water, and the pool's powerful Jacuzzi-style water jets are positioned to allow you to view the sunset while savouring that exotic cocktail. Towels, beach towels, and luxury towelling robes are supplied and laundered during your stay.

Upstairs, the large open-plan living areas look out onto the terrace and pool. In addition to a spacious lounge, there is a large formal dining area with a ten-seat bamboo dining table; four bar stools are also available at the breakfast bar. The fully-fitted European kitchen comes fitted with black granite worktops, a stovetop, grill, oven, microwave, refrigerator and a host of dishware and cutlery.

The master bedroom has a magnificent Emperor-sized, bamboo, four-poster beds. The master-bedroom en-suite comes equipped with twin basins set in black granite, a walk-in shower and a 2 person Jacuzzi bath - ideal for relaxing in after a hard day sunbathing or exploring.

The villas are on a gentle west facing hill above gorgeous Kata Beach. All bedrooms have air-conditioning & fans and their own private terrace. The master bedrooms have four poster beds, very large bathrooms with walk-in showers, large double JACUZZI bath & twin wash hand basins set in a black marble worktop.

On the first floor there are magnificent sun terraces with west facing infinity pools Jacuzzis, this opens from the luxurious lounge which seats 8 & has a 48 inch flat screen TV, DVD player & CD player, satellite television.

Each villa has its own private rooftop infinity pool, which is well secluded from the other villas. We have installed special filtration equipment that provides crystal clear water with hardly any chemicals - lady guests have even reported that the water is so clear they do not have to wash their hair after swimming and going out in the evening. Each pool has a powerful Jacuzzi cleverly situated to enjoy the view and sunset while tasting that exotic cocktail.

Phuket Island is rightly described as offering the best holiday in Thailand. There are fabulous beaches, beautiful scenery, a great night life with fantastic restaurants, wonderful golf courses and a friendly and helpful local population. Rumour has it that the Thai government is working towards making Phuket a duty-free area to rival Singapore for shopping and the infrastructure is being improved every year.

Many believe that Kata Beach is the best beach on Phuket with its fine golden sands. Ideal for snorkelling, swimming, water-skiing, Para-gliding from November to April and then great surfing for May to October. There are plenty of restaurants of all types on the edge of the beach with the Boathouse Wine and Grill being one of the best.
