Summer Season Jun 1 - Oct 31 (minimum rental term 7 nights): 75,000 baht/week

High Season Nov 1 - Nov 30, Feb 1 - May 30 (minimum rental term 4 nights): 15,000 baht/night and 95,000 baht/week

High Season Dec 1 - Dec 14, Feb 1 - Feb 22 (minimum rental term 4 nights): 17,000 baht/night and 110,000 baht/week

Peak Season Dec 1 - Jan 31 (minimum rental term 14 nights): 160,000 baht/week

Rental Conditions:

• 50% deposit (non-refundable) of the total rental price and the remaining is paid 30 days prior to check in.

• Security deposit of 40,000 baht or equivalent in another currency. The security deposit is refundable upon check-out after any deduction for damage to property and its contents caused by the tenant.

• Check-in time is 14.00 and check-out time is 11.00

• By late check-in, after 20:00, the Tenants will be charge 1,000 Baht, after 24:00 an additional cost of 1,000 Baht (total 2,000 Baht). Late check-out (according to occupancies) will be available from 11:00 to 18:00 on the check-out day for an extra fee. "

• The electricity is 7THB/unit

• Cleaning during the stay can be arranged at cost price - the house is rented as self-catering. Final cleaning included.
