The corridor on this level is wide and partly covered giving additional living space whatever the weather. There is a large circular dining table and eight chairs at the far end which benefits greatly from the cooling breezes enjoyed in this area.

Within the living room the turned wooden staircase rises to the two principal bedrooms. A wide hallway divides the bedrooms which are of similar proportion and facilities. Each has a private balcony, a large bedroom section with a vaulted ceiling for added air circulation and a seating area. The ensuite bathrooms are well-appointed with a bath and a walk-in shower as well as twin wash basins.

The lower floor is home to the large swimming pool and seated Jacuzzi. There are wide terraces to two sides of the infinity-edged pool providing space for loungers and at one end of the pool there is a fully-fitted bar with black marble counter, tall stools and fitted with a stainless steel fridge and freezer. This provides an excellent entertainment zone.

To the opposite end of the bar there is a fourth bedroom. This has two balconies, a covered one to the front and an open one to the side, each accessed by tall sliding glass doors. The ensuite has twin wash basins set into a long vanity unit with a cubicle to either end for the w/c and walk-in shower.

The fifth bedroom is set above and to the side of the bar and is spacious, with a king-size bed, two sets of fitted triple wardrobes and an ensuite which is a duplicate of bedroom four.

Externally the entrance to the villa is via an electronic gate,and there is covered parking for two cars with an open area for two further vehicles.

The villa has been well-maintained and offers comfortable accommodation for a family or large group of friends to enjoy the facilities on offer in the area. The unspoilt beach of Layan is less than a five minute drive away as are the amenities on offer at Laguna, such as bars, shops, banks and restaurants.

The airport is reached in approximately 30 minutes, whilst the up-scale restaurants and wine bars in Surin are just a 15 minute drive.
