Villa Rental

Two types of rental programs are being offered:

A Rental Program with Guaranteed Return On Investment (ROI) and a Standard Rental Program.

Guaranteed Return Rental Program offers a minimum of 5% ROI. The ROI increases the better the villas are doing so the ROI reflects the rental income. Joining the Guaranteed Return Rental Package does have limitation to the amount of days the owners can stay in their villa, where the owners can choose between one of three periods.

Standard Rental Program does not have a Guaranteed Return. In stead the Rental Income is split between the Owner and the Management. Unlike the Guaranteed Return Rental Program there is no limit to the number of days the owners can stay in their villa.

Common for the rental programs is the the management fees are included in each package. Both Programs are based on a rental pool system. This ensures that all the villas that is being rented out is used equally and that the rental income is equally shared among the owners.

It is optional whether the Buyers want to join one of our two rental programs.
