This property is situated on a small and peaceful street in the quiet village of Kamala. With the property only being about a 3 minute drive to the beach and a 4-5 minute drive to the supermarket, it is very conveniently located. The airport is also only about a 45 minute drive as well, depending on the traffic.

The property is spread over two levels and is secured by its own private gate. Upon entering the sliding gate, there is a spacious and covered car park, big enough for a large vehicle and a few bikes. Just to the left of the car park is one of the bedrooms with ensuite. This room is detached from the other rooms in the upper part of the house. It is a very spacious room with a lot of storage space and its own refrigerator.

To the right of the car park is a plunge pool and small pump house for the pool - great for cooling off on those hot and humid days.

There are stairs, which lead to the top floor and outdoor balcony. This is a covered balcony and enjoys beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. There is also an uncovered part of the balcony which wraps around to the other side of the house leading to another entrance.

The living/dining room and kitchen are open plan with lots of natural light and really maximize space. The kitchen is done in a fully equipped western style and has most amenities one would have in their home country. The other two bedrooms, one with ensuite and the other with a shared bathroom are situated just off of the living room and kitchen.

All of the windows in the villa have been renovated with a top quality product and are anti-air leaking and sun protective. Great for saving on energy and power bills.
