Within three months of the date of the Statutory Meeting, the directors must submit the application to establish the company. Company registration fees are 500 baht per 100,000 baht of registered capital. The minimum fee is 5,000 baht; the maximum is 250,000 baht. (see COMPANY FORMATION CHART )

Most foreigners who intend to work in Thailand are subject to the Alien Employment Act (B.E.2251) of July 28, 1978 . Under the provisions of this Act, a foreigner cannot perform any act of work or service unless a work permit has been issued by the Employment Department or the individual or the work performed falls within an exception to the Act. the Work Permit. A Work Permit must be renewed before its expiry date or it will automatically lapse.
TOURIST VISA TYPE - This type of visa will be issued to applicants who wishing to enter the Kingdom for tourism purposes . The Validity of this visa is 2 months
VALIDITY OF STAY
Upon arrival, visitors with this type of visa will be permitted to stay in the Kingdom of Thailand for a period not exceeding 60 days at any time.
EXTENSION OF STAY Those who wish to stay longer or may wish to change their status of visa must file an application to Immigration office with assistance of SRE.

ALIEN BUSINESS LICENSES - In order to operate Business in Thailand the Foreigner should make an application for Business Licenses prior to setting up the business. There are several types of Business licenses such as FOOD, ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, GARBAGE AND ENTERTAINMENT licenses. A license or certificate must be prominently displayed at the place of business.
