Our Marketing Service fees are as follows:

Holiday rentals, Option 1: Refer customer

Buying

  • Buyer - Non refundable Reservation minimum deposit 100,000 baht
  • Commission payment due in full on first deposit of 15% (or as agreed with seller)
  • Erection of sign on your property
  • Plus VAT, Payment in baht
  • Exclusives for 1 year minimum

Renting

  • 1 year rental security deposit - 2 months rental in advance
  • 2 year rental security deposit - 4 months rental in advance
  • Plus first months rent paid in advance
  • Commission due on first deposits paid from security deposit
  • Erection of sign on your property (Optional)
  • Plus VAT, Payment in baht.
