Airfare Refund Offer

We will refund part of your airfare if you buy a property on your visit. Up to THB 50,000.

Terms and Conditions

• Applicant must register with SRE prior to viewings or by email fareoffer@siamrealestate.com
• Flight ticket and invoice must be presented within 21 days of reservation deposit.
• Purchaser agrees to use SRE as exclusive agent to introduce property.
• Property purchase price must be THB 6M or over to qualify.
• Air flight ticket cost refund based on property purchase price (see below).
• Property reservation deposit must be made during visit or offer is void.
• Flight costs refund payable up to a maximum of THB 50,000 (based on refund scale below).
• Refund up to value of flight ticket only (if less than refund scale).
• Refund payable only in Thailand when SRE receive commission payment from seller.
• Property Purchasers name must be as per flight ticket.
• Valid for one economy flight ticket only.
• Offer valid until 31th December 2010.

Note: SRE will accept no exceptions to these terms and conditions or any claims made subsequently after purchase. Any breach of these conditions will be considered a void claim.
