Each bedroom also comes with electric blinds for totally privacy and seclusion. There is also a 2nd terrace which is situated just off the second bedroom where you will find a small table and two easy chairs.

The development features 24-hour security and management services, gym, sauna, infinity pool and childrens' pool. There is a wide range of restaurants, shops and supermarkets within easy reach and the condo is less than five minutes' drive from beautiful beaches at Kata and Kata Noi. 3x/week maid service is included as is 2x/week linen change. Additional cleaning service will be charge BHT 400 per visit.

A non-refundable deposit booking charge will be 30% of total booking cost, with the balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival date. A refundable breakage deposit is 10% of total booking price.

Monthly Discount: in all seasons, all 30+ day stays receive a DISCOUNT 40-45% OFF from the listed price. The monthly rate excludes electricity, which wil be charged at 5THB/unit.
