Each of the one-bedroom apartments has over 110 square meters of comfortable living space. The one-bedroom penthouse on the top level has a roof-top terrace with private swimming pool.

Two Bedroom Apartments

Spacious two-bedroom apartments which have over 180 square metres of living space. Ideally-suited as a home away from home, these exquisitely decorated apartments feature an open-plan kitchen alongside a dining and living area as well as two large bedrooms complete with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. The Penthouse units on the top level have access to a roof-top terrace with private swimming pool.

Three Bedroom Apartments

Perfect for larger families or groups on holiday together, these large, spacious apartments feature contemporary Thai decor. At least 250 square metres of living space are available within each apartment with the penthouse featuring a roof-top terrace with private swimming pool and sundeck. Each bedroom also features a private balcony.

Location is ideally situated only a few minutes walk from two of Phuket’s premier white sand beaches, Kata and Kata Noi, and the bustling village style atmosphere of Kata.

Apart from great shopping, with everything from boutiques to street-side markets, Kata is recognized as having some of the best restaurants in Phuket. For spectacular sunsets we can recommend one of the hilltop restaurants above Kata, or the award winning Mom Tri’s Boathouse, just down the road.

RATES CONDITIONS

2. Rates are quoted on a per VILLA basis and for the maximum number of Guests (including children) as specified above.

3. Extra Beds will be charged regardless of the age of the Guests when occupancy is over villa allocation as specified above

4. Rates include Continental breakfast, prepared daily by the in-villa employees

6. Daily Rates and Extra Beds are exclusive of 10% Service Charge and 7% Tax.

7. Airport Transfers are applicable and are charged separately from the daily rates (7% Tax applicable).

Charges for airport transfer are applicable per trip and for a maximum of 7 passengers per vehicle (private mini bus or luxury car).

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

* For Intermediate, High and Promotional Seasons, all payment (s) received will be credited for use in the same villa as originally

booked for within 9 month of the cancellation date if the booking is cancelled after the payment (s) date.

* For Prime Season, Christmas/New Year and if the booking is cancelled after the deposit and/or balance payment date, all payment (s)

received will be forfeited or refunded in pro-rata shall another booking be secured for the same period that has been cancelled.

* Early departure is subject to the cancellation conditions as specified above.
