About Kho Yao Yai

With just a handful of properties and plots of land available on this unspoilt gem of an island, ony a lucky few can experience pure tranquility. Around 30 minutes by boat from Phuket or Krabi, Kho Yao Yai is the larger of two untouched islands. With a small Thai population, this island takes one back in time to a simple, more peaceful life. Stunning views from any point are completely uninterrupted.

Koh Yao Yai is a large island between Phuket and Krabi, it is very undeveloped compared to these tourist destinations. It offers complete peace and tranquility, the ideal location for a new resort.

There are very few hotels and houses on the island, yet it enjoys the same tropical beaches and views of Phang Nga Bay which draw people to Phuket. The island is accessible by boat at either Bang Rong Pier in the north of Phuket, Phuket Town or Krabi, docking at one of the islands five piers. One main road covers the entire island, however there are very few facilities.

This plot of flat land is 16,532 sq.m. in area and located near the beach on the West coast, close to the main pier with sea views towards Phuket. Well water and electricity are already available and access is via a paved road.
