This is a 200 sq.m. home centered on one rye of land. Nature is the overall theme. The entire property is a lush tropical garden. We bring the outdoors inside with a large atrium which is centered in the home. To add to the effect the house is filled with large slid able windows. The kitchen is modern with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, plenty of storage space and counter room.
There is a small laundry room with a washer and spin dry. It has an exterior door which leads to covered parking.
The back deck is facing west and has a sunset view of the mountains.
