This villa is ideally situated, just 2 Km east are the beautiful white sandy beaches of Chaweng Beach where you can enjoy ocean-front restaurants and relax with a massage to the sound of the ocean after a busy day shopping; Chaweng nightlife offers every type of dining and club fun.

The four bedrooms sleep a total of 8 people. The spacious master bedroom features a walk-in closet, personal safe, TV /satellite and DVD, a refrigerator a table on the balcony for morning coffee and sipping wine while enjoying mountain views. All four bathrooms have showers: three are ensuite and two have tubs. Nice quality linen is provided throughout.

The large, fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, an ice & water dispensing large modern refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, coffee making facilities, toaster, blender, deep fryer, kettle and rice cooker. The dining room seats 6 and an additional poolside dining provides even more possibilities. The terrace also has a high-end gas BBQ.

The living room is spacious and luxuriant with plush wrap-around sofa, 2 Lazyboy recliners and 60' mounted flat-screen TV, with surround sound system, and the DVD player comes complete with a large library of DVD's.

The house is decorated throughout in pleasant neutral tones, with light-colored tiles in the common areas and glossy wood floors in the bedrooms.

The entertainment options abound: in addition to the home theater system, there is a full-size pool table with all equipment and a stand-alone fitness room with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and weight machines, yoga equipment, free weights and cardio machines. Children can enjoy their own playroom and the children's area of the swimming pool. Free WiFi extends throughout the house.

The outside terrace is beautifully landscaped with a large swimming pool, elephant head fountains and child's pool, Waterfall pond, gas BBQ, patio dining table and chairs and 4 sun loungers, decks, extensive gardens with exotic trees, flora & fauna and balcony with mountain views.

The laundry room hosts an automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board and clothes drying racks. Additionally, there is a carport and large parking area, an automatic gate and CCTV cameras.

The villa is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, movie theatre and bowling alley. It's less than 2 km to beach and less than 5 km to Bophut Walking Street at Fishermans vilage, elephant rides, the monkey theatre, golfing and go-cart racing. Recommendation for jungle /culture & temple/ boat trip/ fishing/diving/ animal farm/ mountain island tours and spa/ wellness visits.

4 Km northwest of the Villa takes you to famed “Fisherman's Village”. The authentic ‘Samui Walking Street' features stylish restaurants and comfortable pubs with views across to Koh Phangan. Shopping centers Tesco-Lotus & Big C, with an array of mall shopping and dining, are less than 2 km from the Villa.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be received by email at least 60 days prior to arrival date for full refund

After 60 day period no refund will be offered but a change to your reservation will be offered, subject to availability

Once your final 70% is paid, there is no cancellation refund. However, if you are on your trip and within days of arrival and you choose to arrive earlier and the villa is available, we can move things around for you with no problem

Full payment to be made 30 days prior to arrival date

Last minute bookings under 30 days are to be paid in full immediately

A refundable 20,000THB security deposit (30,000THB for stay 15 nights or longer) will be required upon arrival - from this we will deduct 6 baht per unit for electricity. The deposit (minus electric costs) will be returned on your departure provided the villa is left in good order. A copy of your passport is also required upon arrival
