Five Steps for Self-Listing

There are few steps to the process, detailed below. It is best to have all the required information gathered and prepared before beginning.

OWNER INFORMATION - Your basic contact information.

DETAIL INFORMATION - Property type, location, and title.

FEATURES - Largely a collection of checkboxes describing attributes of your property: views, amenities, etc.

IMAGES - You may upload up to eight (8) photos/images of your property. Recommended image size is:

450 pixels wide x 300 pixels high. Supported image types: JPG only. Maximum filesize per image: 250KB

Note: You must resize your images before uploading to be within this 250KB limit. You can use a free image resize utility like IrfanView.

Procedure

Once we receive your submission, we check the info provided is correct. Our copywriter will embellish the description and if everything is satisfactory, your listing is enabled on the public web site. This can take up to 14 days, depending on the accuracy of the information. Please ensure you complete all relevant fields and give proper description to avoid delay in publishing.

Tips

• Asking price: Do not put an unrealistic selling or rental price. The market is very competitive. With an unrealistic price, prospects will ignore your property.
• Preparing your property for sale or rent - Keep property clean and tidy and pets away for prospect visits.
