Five Steps for Self-Listing
There are few steps to the process, detailed below. It is best to have all the required information gathered and prepared before beginning.
OWNER INFORMATION - Your basic contact information.
DETAIL INFORMATION - Property type, location, and title.
FEATURES - Largely a collection of checkboxes describing attributes of your property: views, amenities, etc.
IMAGES - You may upload up to eight (8) photos/images of your property. Recommended image size is:
450 pixels wide x 300 pixels high. Supported image types: JPG only. Maximum filesize per image: 250KB
TERMS - Explains the terms and conditions of our agency agreement.
Free Self-Listing vs. Paid-Listing
You have the choice of two types of service:
- Self-listing your property for FREE by completing the Listing Form
- Our agent visiting and taking details, including photos, for which we charge a onetime fee of THB 2,500
Your property is listed until it sells however long it takes, unlike a newspaper ad where you pay weekly THB 2,000 - THB 3,000 per week.
Procedure
Once we receive your submission, we check the info provided is correct. Our copywriter will embellish the description and if everything is satisfactory, your listing is enabled on the public web site. This can take up to 14 days, depending on the accuracy of the information. Please ensure you complete all relevant fields and give proper description to avoid delay in publishing.
Tips
- Check out our Seller Owner's Guide (PDF) and Rental Owner's Guide (PDF), full of useful information for sellers/lessors.
- Asking price: Do not put an unrealistic selling or rental price. The market is very competitive. With an unrealistic price, prospects will ignore your property.
- Preparing your property for sale or rent - Keep property clean and tidy and pets away for prospect visits.
