Richard comes from England and set up Siam Real Estate in late 2003 having seen the potential of the future Phuket property market. His experience in business spans over 35 years in many vertical markets and industries. His last position was as a senior consultant for IBM in ebusiness and prior to that as an interim manager and business consultant assisting SME's in the latest internet technologies. Over the years he has run a number of successful businesses as Managing Director and could be described as a serial entrepreneur. His skills cover sales and marketing, management, organization, and strategy with high business acumen and enthusiasm.
He is consummate professional and passionate about quality and customer service. He has recently taken a Property Valuation course run by TREBS ( Thai Real Estate Business School ) and is a member of NAR (National Association of Realtors) has just completed and passed the rigorous Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) course and is now the only foreign broker in Thailand to have received this important accolade and designation, ensuring that the company remain professional and can handle international transactions.
Khun Nice is Sales Manager and has a diploma in Business Science and Computers and certificate of Accounting. She has been with the company since 2003 and has developed her sales skills with the company. Her English both written and spoken is excellent and her memory is outstanding. She is highly intelligent, very good with customers and has good office organizational skills.
Dean is from New Zealand and is an ex-tennis coach and professional player. He became a licensed real estate agent 9 years ago. He has a proven and successful track record in the Wellington property market over 5 years. Dean has a strong ethical and professional approach and excellent interpersonal skills. He has a pleasant and likeable personality and wins people over due to his unbiased and honest approach and is a good negotiator.
Position: Rental, Property Listings and Computer Manager
Patrick is responsible for Rental Sales and Property Listings. He is also responsible for the computer systems, web rankings, links and site updates and works closely with our developer.
Sylvie is American and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. She has taught English in Thailand, is a freelance writer and copywriter and has been involved in marketing activities in several companies. She is computer and internet literate and is responsible for advertising and marketing activities.
Khun Kita has excellent English and is studying Business Management and completed courses in Accounting and Computer skills. Her past jobs include accountant, sales, PR, business development manager. She has found her vocation in Sales and has many satisfied customers.
Khun Tanya has good English. She assists with all office tasks including office administration and is responsible for database entry and listing updates.
Khun Paew has worked in the Insurance market in her previous job as an underwriter for many years and has qualifications in accounting. She is highly organised, hard working, and has a bright personality.
Khun Pond is a Thai teacher with good English skills and a service background. She is responsible for property management and ensuring our private villas are serviced to a high standard.
Khun Gung has spent time in Australia and speaks and writes excellent English and is computer literate. Her experience spans 17 years in business and she has worked in many roles over this period, travel, hotel, secretarial, P.A., administration, property management and latterly property sales. She has good business acumen and customer service skills.
Danny is a bright young man with experience beyond his years. He is both Thai and Belgium nationality and speaks English, French and Thai fluently. He has lived in Europe most of his life and recently returned to Thailand where he has been active in the real estate market.
